"Am I missing something?"

uh...yes.
Please elaborate oh wise one ofwhat I am missing about this "special" cross bones bike?

As I said in my previous post that you so convienently forgot to put in, that it looks like a springer softailto me.

Again, am I missing something?
It is not just a Softail Springer. It is sort of a combination of a Softail Custom rear and a Heritage Springer front with it's own unique twist. It has a frenched front fender, a bob seat, retro console, retro half-moon boards and brake pedal, retro round air cleaner, no polishing on the jug flutes, classic pinstriping, lowered rear, and the list goes on....

Your bikealmost looks like a Heritage, am I missing something? Don't mean to be rude, just trying to make a point .

No offense taken Sarge.
Mine's just a softail custom, with a couple of non factory mods here and there.
The way that I wanted it, and made it, not factory bought, but it's still just a softail.

I wanted to start a poll, if perhaps the Cross bones falls into the Night train catagory or the springer catagory, classically speakin????? I really wish the crossbones had the extended rear fender vs. the bobtail style..... then it would have completed the vintage look foe sure.

How does this thing ride,?? is it a dog?? epa compliant?

It was just my too subtle way of pointing out the attitude you showed in your post. But now I see, with your reply that you missed it. As far as the name calling goes, well, sorry, doesn't mean **** to me - internet bullies don't scare me. Amazing how well some people manage to project personality into their posts. Carry on.

i think its a cool looking scoot. but i dont think it gets any more attention than any other good looking harley. i get plenty of looks and comments on my fatboy when riding, at stops, gas station and etc, and my bike aint even that cool, compared to what i have seen on h.d forums........... just my opinion ..... kerry
