Nice work. You just proved that you can make a silk purse out of a sow's ear.
But I gotta agree with some of the others, that looks much better, but lose the pipes and the speedo. Even the normal Softail Speedo/dash would look better than that square topped zit they put on. Maybe acenter fill smooth topped tank (more room for custom paint?), relocate the key to the coil mounting, and putarestyledV-Rod like speedo/tach/dash on the handlebars?
As for the seat fender clearance, gotta be real careful with that. The one I saw in the dealer (and I have to assume all of them) had a thin and hard plastic/fiberglass fender so any bumps that make it hit the seatare likely todamageit.

Nice work on the picture. I picked up my Rocker yesterday and to be honest,I don't have a problem with the oil tank or the fuel tank. One of the reasons I decided to buy the Rocker was because it is totally different than anything Harley had done before. Going with the smooth oil tank looks like another parts binexercise in customizing. I am not thrilled with the pipes however. The bike soundsgood but I think the Vance and Hines Big Radius would look better than the stock pipes. They look the same as they did 20 years ago. The gap between the seat and fender is just not thatdramatic in the flesh. Even the passenger seat sits lower than it looks in the pictures. Overall, I am happy with my bike and that's all that matters.
