Kind of looks like a brief bag but it's different enough to make me say no ... any part number? I'd be curious what she paid for it. Looks like a good bag for hauling books, small files, etc. Let us know when you find the part # and price ... might be a good bag for commuting with documents.

 

Well, the way it looks its kind of more like a backpack. If you were to use it while its sitting on the luggage rack, and flipped the rounded part over the front of the backrest then if your wife leaned back it would hurt her back after a while. I've never seen that style before. Good luck to you.

 

Close, but no. This one has a semi hard rubber/plastic bottom, and I don't think that it could ever work as a cooler. It'd be like putting your six pack in a plastic grocery bag with 5 lbs of ice.
