Motorcycle Jack
Just purchased a Larin ATV J3 on CraigsList of 50 bucks. He only used it a few times. Wife got pregnant, bike went bye-bye. Poor bastard!!
Anyhow, this jack is slick. Slips right under the bike from either side. Line it up so it's not on the shocks (if you wanna call those things shocks) and just steady the bike until it rights itself and is stable. And it's VERY stable up there. I'd only tie it down if I was doing something major, or removing a wheel or the frt end and the balance was going to change.
Slick deal. I think retails is $129 I highly recommend it.

RE: Motorcycle Jack
i think the main (sears)difference is the red one is steel and the yellow is aluminum. i have seen the aluminum ones have a narrower back end that makes them a little shaky. don't know if they changed that or not. it looked more like a car jack. tried a harbor freight one and bought it back cause it would go down all at once. no going down slw. almost dropped my bike . brought it back and tried some others at the store and they were all the same. good thing is a t harbor they take it back no questions. it might have just been a bad batc.
