My two cents....
How about buying the H-D floating rotors with the black center?You'll get improved brake feel and they won't break the bank. I have sent things to SUMAX and they do a great job, but only on jobs where they powder coat the entire item. When they masked things off, the job quality suffered. I know this first hand. I don't think you'd like the final result and would recommend you go ina different direction. JMHO.
