You’re right. They came from the factory with the wheel offset like that.

what year is your FXSTS ? mine is a 2001,
prayinghands after seeing and reading this it got me to thinking if mine was offset also! so I just went out to the shop and checked and discovered that mine is dead center!
first I measured to the center and then measured from the side or bead of the wheel and again dead center!
one thing i did notice is yours has different spacers than mine has

Mines a 2004. The research I found online was that it came from the factory with the wheel offset but I find pictures online showing bikes with the wheel centered and some with the wheel offset. I’d love to center it if it doesn’t affect anything. I’ll have to do some further research.

Khrome Werks 1.25 x 14 Bobber style. I had the very same in 12 on my Dyna and they were perfect. These put me right at my shoulders, all day and or all week-long comfort. Also, if this help, my bike is lowered around an inch and my seat lowered 1.5". I'm 5'7".

My ride is a 2015 fatboy lo,need help figuring out cables and front abs upper brake line lengths to install a 12 inch mini apes handlebar.maybe oem from another softail model?? Aftermarket??
