yeah, one of the few differences between those than the HD was that the Warriors ran better

That fender is completely overdone, unnecessary and dangerous...Damn, I LOVE THAT!

Those are Carlini Bra Risers. Depending on how you measure it, they're 1 1/2 to 2 inches. I've had a 2 inch tank lift on the picture you quoted but I already remove them coz I didn't like em.


I've since added a novello riser extension (in the other post with the fenders) to see how it feels coz im thinking of getting 16" gangsters. I used the Mexican blanket to hide the gap in between. Im currently in the process of gathering parts for cleaning up the bars to make everything internal. Its a slow painful process.
