OTE=Berick;14909899]This is a loaded question.....
Are you a bigger guy (gut-wise) or an average or smaller guy? lol
Fat guys look absolutely retarded on bikes with beach bars. Skinny dudes look best with beach bars but average build guys can also pull off the beach bar look..... and apes look good on everyone.
As for apes....
How high do you want your hands when you ride? I like mine at shoulder height or slightly below. Slightly below gives me the comfortable long trips and day trips. Which are you more attracted to about apes... style or comfort? Some guys like em high to the sky for looks and short rides and others like em for the comfort and long rides.
I'm 6'1" and went with 14" Carlini Flying apes. These bars actually run about an inch taller so they are closer to 15" bars. They put my hands slightly above my shoulders running a factory height riser. They are comfotable and look fantastic but if I could do it over again..... I would have definitely gone with the 12" bars for more comfort on longer rides.
Whatever height you decide on.... Carlini's really do have some nice curves and the fit & finish is top-notch. BR Bars are nice too but I liked the swoopy curves of the Carlini's on my bike.... looks a bit more ole fashioned imo. Oh yeah.... and get the 1.5" diameter bars. They look great with our big front ends.

Myself.... Gangsta or Flying Apes but if you're after pullback, I would go Evil Apes Carlini.
