This is the sissy bar if i'm not mistaken....... it came with the bike i fabed / welded the lugage rack on.

1.5" risers on top of 1" riser extensions, both from Wild1.
I replaced my Springer top plate to run regular risers, but it moves the risers backwards about .75". With the Buky Bars, I had to go at least 2.5" riser height or the bars would touch the tank when turned full lock.
Went with risers and extensions because I couldn't find a 2.5" one piece riser anywhere. The setup is very solid too.

Now THIS is how you do a set of apes. Everything about this is right. Height, width (radius of the bottom elbow is no wider than the fork tree), tube diameter, the right amount of forward tilt, and no taller than stock 1-2" risers. A thing of beauty.
You have to be really careful when you do apes. If you're not careful, you end up with a clown-mobile - you can't just throw any set of apes on any bike and for god sakes, don't put them on 6" risers.
