Advise on Apes size
Hi guys, new to the forum.
I'm from Sydney Australia and we don't have as much of a variety on bike parts as you guys.
I can see some awesome rides in the forum and every ones communication
is very good.
I have a 2010 Fatboy Lo and want to get a set on Carlini Gangster Apes.
Not sure on size as other posts are saying that the carlinis are larger than advertised.
I'm 175cm tall Approx 5'10 in your language
Was looking at the 16" and measured on my bike to get an idea and looked ok.
Does anyone have a pic with themselves on one?
I don't want my arms to be too much past shoulder height due to the long ride issue and numbness.
I cant seem to get any of my pics up yet but will work it out and do it.
All info will be greatly appreciated.
Also bar thickness?
Thinking of using existing risers to save on some $$$ but don't want to be stingy and not happy with the result.

Carlini apes run a little taller than advertised. That is my experience with them.

Thanks for the picture that's exactly how I want it to look.
Hand grips are slightly lower than eye level.
Looks very comfy.
Don't know whether to go for the 1,1/4 thick or 1.50.
I know I'll be saving about AU$250 on risers but I don't want to take a short cut and regret it later.
