Got mine finished up last week. anyone else have any issues with the whole bar setup moving? (not slipping within the riser, the WHOLE setup moving) mine move back and forth a good 2-3 inches, everything is nice and tight. the stock bars moved a little bit before, so im thinking with the more leverage there moving even more now. it has new poly bushings paired with the stock risers and stock clamps, 16" chubbies.
I noticed it more when I was pushing the bike around the garage.

Hi All,
I'm planning to install 14" or 16" ape hangers (RSD style) for my 08 Nightster1200. It will be manufactured in the factory where my friend is working, they have all necessary tools for this job. But I'm failed to find any blue print/technical drawing for the apes, and I'm not sure about sizes.
I don't have a RSD ape nearby in order to be used as sample. Width should equal or slightly narrower then front fork.
