Great Job! Thinkin bout doin it myself with the same bars.. Can you give any info on the length of the cable that are required? brake, throttle, etc.

You will need at a minium of +10 for wires and and +12 for the rest, maybe for wires to to make sure you got enough streach turn to turn. I had purchased +8 the first time and well! To short, then J&P did not ship my +12 wire extensions for weeks and the HD dealer only had +10 so I just added them to the existing +8's after I had it all put back together. I was running with the +8 and the left side was streached a but and one of the wires was pulling out of the clip causing codes and dash lights to go off while riding.
Now it's all good.
I got my cables and lines from Barnett. They were all good except the two lower lines (ABS) were to short and I am now waiting for an answer on those!

Does everyone replace the risers as well? I'm looking at getting a set of 16" and keeping the stock risers.

you might not have to...but you should use a 1 piece top clamp.
Most of the manufactures recommend it.. Still your choice thought

you might not have to...but you should use a 1 piece top clamp.
Most of the manufactures recommend it.. Still your choice
