I have the staggered short shots on a 04 FX Springer. To me they look good but are loud as hell. The good news is I lost some hearing in my left ear some time ago and now the pipes are making both ears equal. I have been dyno'd twice and they still pop constantly whenI let off the gas. Unless your running another bike i'm not sure anyone can really tell performance difference. Of course maybe i'm just too old to tell.
