Default Advice On Pistons Please

I am looking for advice/info on pistons please.

I am having a1340 Evo built and would like some input to talk aver with my engine builder. What pistons are recommended for use with SE Heads, EV27 Cams, Crane HI4 and piton exhaust. JE pistons? SE? Or Wiseco?
Domed (10.5:1) or flat (9.5:1)? And what are the practical differences between?

Thanks.

a flat top piston has a more even burn than a domed piston. 10.5 is about as high a compression as you want to go with the other parts you have stated with pump gas at 91 to 93 octane. A domed piston increases the amount of squish in head combustion chamber. be sure to check valve clearences if you use a domed piston.

I like Wisco, go with the 9.5 if you don't wanna dump octane boost in ever time you fill.

Keith Black's are the bomb. Did up my evo FLHR with a set bored .30 over and bumped the compression to 10.5. Killer set up.
