Default rear brake pedal

anyone of you guys have a spongy rear brake pedal? my 01 softail standard has one and it sucks,any suggestions! padsare fine!! i read a post about cleaning the pistons on the front for this problem, dont know if it would apply for the rear.

Spongy brakes are usually an indication that you somehow got a little air in the system and the only cure for that is to bleed them till you get it out.

Like Citoriplus said. While you're at it, you might concider a fluid change if it has'nt been done yet.
