No replies yet? I feel your pain Johnny. Maybe you should post whether or not you should put on smoked turn signal lenses. That ought to bring 50+ replies. I've posted many serious questions and have found little or no response on this forum. Seriousely, a 200 tire conversion on your bike would require you to cut off your frame horns, get some sort of strutless fender or a heartland kit, and switch to chain drive. You can squeeze a 180 under the same setup with a narrower pulley and belt. Hope this info helps.

From research I did on my 05 when I had it, yes it is 100% possible, but it costs $$$. This company sells fender struts to mount and 06 & Upfender on a 00-05 (www.customstruts.com) They are $895. They claim that you will need an 06 & up swingarm if you want to use a stock 17" 06-07 rim. You can use your stock swingarm if you go with say a 18 X 5.5" rim. You will also need the narrower belt and pulley. A few other companies that are reputable that sell complete kits are heartland usa and DM customs (amongst others). I couldn't justify spending the $3-4K to do the job.
