RE: 200 retrofit rear wheel 0n 2004 night train ?
hey Jonny, dont give up just yet. I'm actually trying to do the same thing: using 2006 17x6.25 wheels + 200 dunlop tire to fit the back of my 2000 deuce. i call it "200mm under $500" project - all parts i need are the wheels + tire (ebay bout $300) + machine works on the stock pulley. Everything else are stock: swingarm, caliper, belts. 1 guy has done it ,and i have been consulting with him. I already have all the parts and ready to do it this weekend.. or next... i've been procasinating this project for a month LOL
for your situation, you may spend more coz NT fender is narrow, but basically you just need to add fender parts, everyting else are the same! i'll do a write up once i am done (success or fail) so stay tuned OK? wish me luck!

Extech, I am not disagreeing with you but according to the dmcustoms 200 kit they use the stock caliper, swingarm, axle. All you need is the wider fender, wheel/tires, spacers, and cut frame horns. Am I misreading what they are telling me. I am no expert but would like to add this mod to my bike.
