Specs:
-1999 Heritage Softail Classic w/ 12K original miles
-HD Springer Front end added
-Shaved and welded Fat Boy rear fender...Couldn't use any bondo in order to grind the metal with the flames
-Stock EVO motor....not fast but sounds f#$&ing incredible!
-Vance & Hines Long Shots....Modifed for length ;-)
-2 inch Midwest slam shocks
-12 inch apes w/ braided lines
-Wheels were disassembled and powdercoated red
-Badlander seat (sucks...any solo seat recommendations?)
-Custom made dash console
-Side mount license plate (can't remember brand)
-Few other chrome bits here and there
Paint done by Fox's Custom Designs in Salisbury NC (www.foxcustomdesigns.com)
-Ground all tins to bare metal...reverse taped out flames...painted fill color as a super rich black with blue, red and silver pearl. Hand pinstriped red outlines onto flames....then ten coats of clear.
Front fender should be coming soon...at which point I will probally swap out the apes for a set of Deluxe bars.

Great bike. Interesting that you mentioned the seat, because (I hate to nit-pick a bike that nice), but that seat looked a bit off to me.
Not exactly this http://www.harleyseats.com/Norm's_Road_King_2000.htm, but something with that general shape was what I would have pictured.

The bike really ROCKS and I like the marbleized Flames and Pin Stripe details.
My only critisim is, I'm not sure what your tank bib is or trying to be exactly.
It is a bike that should win lots of awards.

Wow! Great job... and I LOVE the red rims!!!
Consider powder coating your brake rotors black. They really jump out at you when the emphasis should be on the rims. Check out the site below for some examples. I believe there's a Sportbob on there with a good shot of what I'm talk'n about.
