Congradulations on the train, Trotter. Sometimes I think I should have gotten the train instead of the standard. Sharp bike. Did you keep anything off the standard like the chrome inner and outer primary?

Check out the Wild One 502's.... they are also cheaper than the harley mini apes..... with the harley mini apes you will have to change your risers to the 1 1/4 inch risers also. Yes, they look nice but the whole thing will run 400 bucks or there abouts. With the wild ones you can use your stock risers which is what I did.

Lemons come in all brands, makes and models. The one foreign car I owned in my life was a Hyundai about 10 years ago. The 100,000 mile warranty didn't mean squat to me as it stranded my wife every other week. Glad you moved on and got to stay with HD. Hope to hear your luck has turned for the better!

I've been riding Harley's for 35 years, no chance in H#ll of me changing, (because of one problem bike) even if that Monday bike was my only choice, I'd of keep it and put up with it before buying a Off Shore bike..

The bob bars are 1" they should work... The wide glide bars are 1 1/4" they wont work with out changeing the risers... TheChubbys are wider than the Bob bars and more comfortable... but more expensive.. The bob bars are 50.00 from the dealer...

Todays Changes... Progressive 422 2 1/2" lowering Shocks, some slip on's, chrome dash, Cylinder fillers, Tri Bar taillight, modified the tag braket, Timing cover, Skull pegs Brake and shift pads, Brake Line (waiting on the rest of the cables and Bars) Chrome strut Bolts,Shift Rod, Chubby smooth Handle bar clamp, and still got 93 miles in
