I'd go with chrome. I like the way chrome really pops on a Night Train (provided it's not overdone of course!).

Cheers!

I'd say chrome. If you dont like it you could always powder coat it later.

Black wouldn't be bad if it was on a black bike. The problem would be the looks of a gloss black front end and black cherry paint on the tins. I think it would stand out more obviously and show the difference in colors. If you could get black cherry to match then it would look great. You would be able to get away with the black bars. My .02 would be chrome the front the opt for either black or chrome bars.
Mines chrome of course...16's with 2 inch risers, fat bars so the wiring is inside.

Dude, it's all about what "YOU" like, but for the sake of the thread, I'm kinda partial to black apes with black lowers.

I think either would look good, but I think I would go with black.

Mine are 16" Wild1 bars also

My vote goes to black. If you decide to go with the chrome setup and you wind up thinking it's too much chrome, you could always send your stuff to Powdercoater. I just think that Nightrains are supposed to be dark. Puttin' a lot of chrome on them seems to be outta place on them, in my opinion. If you do wind up going with black, you should also consider getting black treesor a black headlight. Just my $.02.
