Default 2007 Softail stretched tank

I purchased a custom chrome 2 inch stretched tank for my 2007 Fatboy and noticed it has two connections for the fuel line on the left side underneath. However my bike only has a single connection. Any one else had to deal with this problem?

Post a picture of what you have so we can see what your talking about. You should only have a connection in the back towards the seat for the main fuel line. two up front for the cross over. Then one for the wires to pass through for your fuel gauge. Up in front also is the vent about 1/2 way up the tank.

Alright let me see about getting a pic done, prob be tomorrow. This tank has all the connections you mention however there are two threaded holes back where the fuel line should connect to the tank, very strange.

Here is the pic of what the tank is like, see the smaller one with the two threaded holes, my fatboy only has one line to hook up to that. Not sure why this tank has two. Can anyone help?

If it's threaded just plug it.

Is it possible they double drill it for EFI or Carb?

You plug it with the proper HDplug ando-ring.
It is a universal fit tank.

Awesome, easy enough, I thought I got the wrong tank for a minute there. Any idea on the part number for the plug, or would any dealer be able to help me out?
