Default 07 Heritage rear wheel not centered..

Since its raining Idecided to do a good wax job on the paint and after I took the bags off, I realized the rear wheel is not centered in the fender. It is approx 3/4 to an inch left looking at it from the rear.I looked at all the exploded views from the service/parts manual and it all looks right.I even measured both sides from the center of the axle to thepivot arm rod and its dead bawls accurate. Anyone else notice this? Weird.

Alright...did a better search on this forum and found this subject had been covered before. Seems it is normal with this bike and other touring bikes. Still doesn't make senseand it still pulls left with hands off grips.
I wonder if the wheels are alligned....Hmm.

Just put new tires on mine and noticed the same thing. So I took the rear tire off again and went through the cam lobe proceedure again, same thing. Axle to pivot arm is spot on. I did drop bike onleft side once, but I don't think that would shift fender to the right. Don'tknow.
