bike loses all electrical power
I have a 2000 fatboy that will lose all electrical power, but by the time I stop the bike I can hit the start button and it will fire right up. This has happened three times and only after ridding about 20 minutes at highway speeds. I can ride all day long in the city and have no problems. The first time it happened the dealer went thru the bike and tightened some wiring. I then road a couple of poker runs with no issues. The worst part is it will lose all electrical power so no codes are stored. So if anybody has any ideas please let me know , I really want to know this bike will get me there on a long ride. Thank you

Loose or corroded battery connection(s). Having your battery ground (negative post) loose is just as bad as losing the positive side.
I would check real close, and put some of that corrosive protectant spray or greese on your main connections and ends of main fuse blades.
If you are losing ALL electrical power, it can only be a few things. If you can, check to see if your ECU is throwing any codes too.
Do a forum search on electrical issues. There is a lot of information already posted.
