Default FLSTCI Oil Seeping

I own a 2001 FLSTCI with 35k miles. Noticed oil on block behind cylinder
and was told it was a shift shaft seal. Had it replaced and still had the seeping.
On the second service call they found that it was oil seeping from the pry hold which
is cast into the engine cases. The hole was cleaned and filled with silicone which
appears to have solved the issue. According to the HD tech. this is the factory
fix.
