Well they are on!!! Along with the stock front fork springs.
What an improvement !!!!! They are not mushy. It is a firm and stable ride. It doesn't ride like a Roadking or Ultra, but by far superior to what I had (stock Harley shocks w/progv adjusters)
I did aprox 400 miles this weekend, so I had a good chance to test em, over all kinds of road conditions.
In a turn now, if you hit a bump, there is no more throwing the bike off it's line. These shocks dampen.
They really work. It rides like it's on a rail (like it should). Having decent springs in the front helps considerably too. Those lowering springs from Harley are too soft. Just get on the brakes a little and they'll bottom out. I guess you could run a longer spacer and heavier fork oil, but they would probably be too springy.
Anyone wanting an improved ride should really look at these, weather you're running stk height or lowered. I was hoping someone with a stock height Heritage could take a height measurement for me, just to make sure I have it right. The only bike close by is my wife's 03 Heritage. I always thought it sat high right out of the box. We had the dealer lower it (Yes it rides like a Mack truck) but I think it only lowered the back 1/2" Even a quick measurement from the tip or the rear fender to the ground would work.
I'd really appreciate it.
422's for her bike are next !!! (Set 1-1/4" lower)

As it turns out, following the instructions, they have you set the height adj in the middle. That puts the bike almost an inch lower than stock.
I went to the dealer tonight and measuredthree 06-08 Heritage's. Oh and one Deluxe. I'm going to raise mine up an inch. I thought it had a slight LA rake to it, plus I'm sure they settle a little.
But again . . . What an improvement !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
