Default Deluxe seat on Heritage

I like the low slung look of the Deluxe seat and I like the rail. Wonder if one would fit on my Heritage?

I know the deluxe seat will fit on the 07 herritage. I just picked up a 07 herritage seat to try on my deluxe. They mount on the back fender with two bolts. If your seat mounts with bolts on the side I would say it would not work. The rail on the deluxe seat attaches to the bracket in the back.

I don't think it will unless you want to drill two holes in your fender. There are no side attachment points that I can remember on the deluxe seat. I will take a look on monday. The deluxe seat is not as comfortable as the heritage seat without some modifactions.

Thanks,
I figured it wasn't as comfortable, but if I had both I could switch back for longer rides. I guess you can't get the seat that low without sacrificing
padding.
