I believe the "8837" is either the mold number, or production number for the seat pan to that passenger pillion.

I'm not saying it is not a Harley part, just that it's not a valid passenger pillion part number...

My search did a tie back to the part number and was easy to find. I found that in a few sources. Sometimes 2 seconds of digging goes a long way. The question was 'is this an HD part, not is this an HD part number. In this case 1 + 1 = 2

I just wanted the OP to know he wouldn't find an HD Passenger Pillion in an accessory catalog, or online parts finder, with that 4-digit number.
