Default Corbin vs Mustang vs LePera Seats

Man, tough to choose from. Anyone done serious time in more than one of these babies? Trying to find the BEST seat.

Opinions?

Well I wasn't impressed with LePera. Soft, but mine was narrow and sat youstraight acrossacross and push you forward a bit. Had it on a '98 Softail.

Corbin seems hard as a rock but has memory foam and eventually takes on the form of your butt. Thats why you never buy a USED Corbin.

Can't comment on a Mustang. I don't know what you want shape wise but check C&C. Thats my favorite. Putsyou in and back, love it.

I'll never buy another seat other then a Saddlemen...( their gel seats are fabulous)...unless their quality goes down for any reason... which I can't see happening.

As mentined above I recomend looking into C&C seats. I don't have a softie but I love my C&C seat.I got the sport tour and it looks nice and the passenger likes far better then the OE and the Badlander I also have. I used to swap now the C&C stays on. I recomend checking them out.

I bought a Corbin and yes they are hard if you do too many miles in a day. I only use mine when I am riding solo for day rides. Other wise I use my stock seat. The main reason I bought the corbin was to change the look of the bike at different times. Have the corbin in my bike in sig pic and like the look and quality.

Corbin - leather
Mustang-vinyl
I have the Mustang touring saddle on my 97 heritage, unlike the Corbin which takes time to settle to your shape, the Mustang settles in after about 10 minutesEVERY time you ride.

Love my Mustang with the adj backrest. Did over 1500 miles in less than a week with great results. 400 mile days without dreading climbing back on...my wife loved her passenger seat and backrest as well.

I've been using the Corbin Hollywood Solo on the last at least 6 bikes and after the breakin there perfict for me 400/600 a day no problem, and thats hard to find in a Solo seat that looks good.. I also have a solo mustang and Lepera with gel, and the Lepera is a 20 min seat at best, The mustang is comfortable but dont like the looks, and it sets me up 1" and forward 1". The Corbin lowered me and set me back. Expensive . But worth every penny..
