While inspecting my bike I disconnected the ignition wires, 3 of them I know the red went in center but the other two. Im not sure how they plugged in to ignition. Help 06 heritage

this diagram showed two wires to ignition switch my ignition switch has 3, I’m not an electrical guy at all, could someone tell me in simpler terms pls. 06 heritage efi two black wires one red.

 

The diagram is for ignition wires. Red is in the center, black with a red line is to the right, the third wire would go to the left. The third wire is not in the diagram because it's for the accessory side of the switch not the ignition side. Remember the diagram is a view from the bottom of the switch (upside down).

If unplugged from switch where must be power? Middle only?
