On a real dyno I'll bet with the setup your talking about will at best yield 1.1:1 hp:cubic inch..

Here's a build of a 129 S&S with some HP and torque numbers if that gives any indication. Had these guys do some work on my bike at the 2005 and 2006 Myrtle Beach bike week.

Yes, those hp and torque numbers are darn good, BUT they illustrate very clearly for the OP that he has been misinformed about the actual real, not fictitious numbers he should expect. 95 inches is not going to produce numbers like this 129 incher did.

There is a further post on FB now that states they used the stock 129 heads because they were more interested in torque than HP numbers.
But yes, the main reason that I posted it was to give the OP something to compare to. I'm certainly no HD wrench or tuner.

As has been said; 140HP is not happening and if it does, your dyno tech is truly "amazing". I am running a strong 98" that hits 115/115, also a softail. I have only seen one other 98" with more HP but TQ was lower.

Also curious about those Screaming Eagle Pro Race heads and the DTT tcif.

Totally agree.. My 97" Evo built extremely well 114/111... There is no way your gonna get 1.5 hp to every cubic inch in a NAE.. A TURBO will get you there...

Note that even the very latest kits from HD, applied to the latest 117 and larger cubic inch engines don't make 140 rwhp. Also, take note of the flatness or peakiness of the torque curve in each dyno chart.
