You could get the Pewter one and pick up a tank/fender set on e-bay pretty cheap, then sell yours. Chances are you are going to end up changing almost everything on the bike anyway.

That's true, I bought my standard a month ago and Ipaid my deposit for new paint today on an "exchange" program. I don't suppose anyone gets too attached to the standard's choice of colors........allfour of them

The Woodlands in Houston has Vivid Black, Pewter Pearl and a Custom Paint

 

I'd like to have some black ghost flames put on it (and to ditch the silver HD tank logos), but I'm still pretty happy withmy Fire Red Pearl colored Standard.
