Well, I got it in exactly 30 days from the day it was built. I picked it up on 7/14. It was delivered to my dealer on 7/13, then detailed and prepped and I got it the next day after I got off work.

It did, but I guess it is because I have been waiting on an engine from Blueprint since 12/2022 for my 67 Camaro. I also ordered a 2023 C8 Corvette convertible to replace my 2020 C8 Coupe. In May 2023, I finally got my deposit money back and bought a 2023 RAM TRX for 2k under MSRP. So, I was thinking I was going to get jerked around like Chevy and Blueprint did. I was just told today it is going to be another 4 to 6 weeks for the Blueprint 427 LS3 engine to be done. Not sure how Blueprint is staying in business if they cant deliver a product.

For the Breakout, I was more concerned with the finance aspect, I got 1.99% 5 years, but had to take delivery by the end of June. They honored the 1.99% rate even though I didn't take delivery until 7/14. I kept my 2020 Corvette Coupe, got the TRX and the Breakout 117. Yes, I am spoiled but it is my passion. You only live once!

in Feb of 96 I paid 500.00 deposit on a 97 Heritage Classic. They didn’t even know the colors yet. The shop sold their whole 97 allotment that one morning. They had a get together few months later to pick out colors when they got the charts. I was lucky and got mine in July of 96. Beautiful patriot red pearl, that I still have. Turned down 10 grand profit after I got it home. They sold them to Ky only buyers and only ask us to at least keep them a year. At list!!

Four weeks? That’s nothing. I waited five months for my BMW from order to dealer.

it will get to your dealer and it will be worth the wait.
People have waited a year and longer for Ford Super Duty trucks. Then had the truck not get built and rolled over into the next model year's orders. 4 weeks is nothing indeed.
I got my new truck in 7 1/2 weeks during the height of covid and was happy as hell .

I put an order in for a new Toyota Tundra (2022 model year) in January, 2022. In January, 2023 I located one myself (2023 model year) at a dealer 5 hours away and purchased it. The original dealer I placed the order with called me less than one month ago to tell me the truck came in. That's over a year and a half later.

We're definitely living in a new era. I just did a small job today for a guy with a summer home down the road from me (Lake Ontario in northern NY state) who owns several dealerships in Ohio. I asked him if he's having trouble getting vehicles. He said overall he's about 400 short.
I'm not familiar with the Tundra world. But in the Super Duty arena Ford dealers love to see ordered trucks be refused or not picked up because they're jacking the price up over sticker. And getting it.

I've been waiting on a LS3 based 427 EFI SBC from Blueprint engines since 12/15/2022. Monday, they said another 4 to 6 weeks worst case scenario. The engine was supposed to be delivered back in March. They keep bumping it, meanwhile my 67 Camaro is all torn down waiting for it for the last 2 months because Blueprint promised it would be delivered to the shop the last week of June or first week of July. Now I am looking at October. I am at the point I don't trust any retailers anymore! It's not my shops fault, they are hurting as well because they have my Camaro sitting there taking up space that could be another job they would be making money on.
