I'm just wonderin' what kinda mileage your guys/gals are getting. I'm on a 98 Heritage, 80" with a CV carb that has a dyna jet and a turbo jet......my mileage is not as great as I would like....I'm always using HighTest.......soooooo, what's going on in your ride? thanks, don
i am interested in knowing the answer to this as well. if you have mods, which i am sure most of you do, please list those as well. i would like to know much huch of a hit AC and pipes causes.
I have a new 08 FXSTC with no mods (YET) I have only gone thru 4 tanks most 2 up riding some in town some highway. Here are the results of those tanks. 1-39.7 2-37.7 3-48.8 4-40 I will be installing the stage 1 A/C, PC III USB, and Rush pipes this Saturday so I will update after those mods.
Shawn, that's interesting....your bike is a 96"er right. I'm runnin 80" and not getting better mileage than you. Seems like I'm getting around 32 mpg on average....I think there's a gas gremlin drinkin' my gas from the tank.......don
Yup a 96'r. I came from a 98 ci yamaha roadstar that got 44-46 all of the time no matter how I drove it and it had motor work done as well. I will be happy with this one as long as I can keep it around 40 or better
2003 Heritage Classic EFI with SE slip-ons and SE A/C and Harley remap= 41 mpg. That's2-up riding all highway cruising @ 68 mph in 70 degree weather. Mileage was affected very little by Stage 1.
I have a '00 Deuce with the carbed TC B 88ci with a jet kit and the K&N hi-flow air filter. I average 50 MPG on every tank with a pretty good mix of city/hwy miles.
