There only 90-110 in lbs (7.5-9 ft lbs)
If one works on this stuff a lot, you just go tight and with a T handle socket wrench between you middle and second finger, give it a little stretch tweek.
Overdoing it and you have a problem. When one goes internal, a set of Harbour Freight 1/4, 3/8 and 1/2 drive torque wrenchs are well worth it for a hobby mechanic . You have saved one hour of labor here.
Invest it. They use to be $10 a piece on sale as a come on. Think they are $15 now.
I have a 1/2 I use on lug nuts for years. I have occasionally check it at work before I retired. Plenty close after hundreds of uses.

I don't think that's a good idea. Lot of room for error on big bolts. Not so much on small stuff.

If you get a quality digital torque wrench. They will register foot pounds, inch pounds, newton meters, within their stated scale, and some will also measure angles.... but they are expensive..
I have a couple of CDI digital torque wrenches that I had to save up the money to buy. They are the company that makes Snap-On's torque wrenches. They are a high quality digital torque wrench... I read that Snap-On bought out CDI, and now they are exclusively available through Snap-On.. which means they are even more expensive than before...
I have no experience with other digital torque wrench brands.. but I'm there are a few brands that are good quality, albeit they are all more expensive than the click style torque wrenches
