Default Changing exhaust baffles

Good day everyone . My 12 FB lo has V&H long shots with the base level (loudest)baffles in it. It also has am S&S hi flow. I'm assuming the previous owner may have had it tuned to match this stuff but I can't obtain that info yet. I guess I need to bring it to a dealer and have them plug it in and tell ne what's up. But... I would like to install the V&H quiet baffles or as someone suggested wrap my own baffles. I rather buy the correct engineered ones. My question is (finally) im reading that there is a possibility of burning the valves due to the increase of back pressure. My goal was to buy the wrapped baffles and use them...but a friend warned that I may need to be tuned again. Looking for advice thanks.
