I would do everything that you want to take off the bike and add a air horn and take off the all the reflectors! I took my reflectors the first day I got my Breakout and it made the bike look totally different

 

I've done the same. No major changes, I think the Heritage is one of the best-looking stock bikes there are. Only thing I've done is a stage ! and light trim rings. Bags go back on as needed.

 

I would ditch the bags and put on a fender bib. That passenger seat is fugly, but the bike is badass
