Default ape hangers

I have a 2002 Heritage Softail w/ factory bars on her. I'm wanting to put taller bars on. So I'm wondering how tall I can go without changing out the cables, & wiring, other than the front brake lines?

If you search on this topic you will find many(many) posts on this topic. I bought Todd's Cycle 10" x 1-1/4" bars about a month ago for my 2015(non-ABS) softail slim, according to some who have posted here, I shouldn't need to extend cables or wires or anything. I guess I'll find out. The consensus seems to be that there should be plenty of wiring tucked underneath the gas tank to reach, so if any of the cables are an issue, the bars can still be installed, but I may either have to make a quick trip to the dealer or order some cabling online to get the job done. I didn't plan on waiting until almost riding season to get these installed but it is what it is, it also seems like many bikes are different in terms of cable/wire reach.
