RE: In need of a better seat!!!!!
I have a mustang with the removeable back rest, makes the ride extremly comfortable. I've a few 400 mile trips with no problems at all. The stock fat bot seat shown in the photo really hurts after around 100 miles. I replaced the back rest support with the stretch version to move me back away from the bars. This has me in about the same position as the stock seat.

RE: In need of a better seat!!!!!
I really want to change out the seat on my 07 Night Train also. I just road about 200 miles this weekend and the only thing that bothered me was my ***. Right after 100 miles it starts to hurt. I did figure out if i reach my legs back and set them on the passanger pegs it relieves some of the pressure off of my butt, and helps for a little bit. Also it moves you closer to the bars and relieves some of the reach to the drag bars. It seems helpful, also helps if when you are cruising you stretch your feet out and over the forward controls. I am sure everyone with a Night Train already knows this one. Just my two cents.

Anyone know of a seat/rider backrest setup that is comfortable and isn't nearly $500 like the Mustang? I really need the back rest, but it costs as much for that option as the seat itself costs.

Same with the Corbin. [sm=confused06.gif]

RE: In need of a better seat!!!!!
I bought a C & C seat back in March. Took a little while to get it broke in but im very happy with the quality and comfort. Chuck does nice work, and the customer service is excellent. He went above and beyond to get that seat to me in time for a long ride.I highly recommend.
