Yup, it's a PITA for sure, when you ordered the new conchos they should come with a plate. LMK what you're planning on doing with the red ones. I may be interested in 2 of them.
It's funny, came across this post that I commented on years ago! I've gotten new saddlebags and trying to remove the old conchos, for starters to replace a lost one on my seat!
