Now days batteries are a crap shoot. I've had Yuasa GYZ and Deka either never start after charged and install (defected) -or- last only 3-months, while cheap brick and mortar stores battery can last well beyond their expected life. And vice-versa. They are just cheap mass produced. I don't go out of my way buying big name batteries for average use. Just replace them about a year before their life expectancy. In my previous life I sold batteries. Many 12-mo are same as 60-mo battery, just paying for extended life span.

I have a Drag Specialties battery, Drags batteries are made by Yuasa. Same specs on the DS as the Yuasa. and about $20 bux cheaper, more in some cases.

I've been having good luck with Deka batteries. I have one in the car and the bike. They are easy for me to get, reasonably priced, and last long.

I just installed a lithium from Batteries Plus. Cost was a little more but lithium is supposed to last twice as long. Guess I'll find out.

Thanks!
If you have a battery that lasted 5 years then that is the battery I recommend.
