Softail Frame question

Google is your friend, look up pictures of " straight leg " frames then wishbone frames. See if you can connect the dots........
Little hint they have never made a softail wishbone frame. Oh and any sloptail frame you get is going to be longer and bit larger dimensionally than a hardtail due to the way it's made to use shocks.

Your looking for a set group of numbers and the current batch of frames available are all over the spectrum dimension wise , you can get them about any size & style you want, this is why nobody has played along in the other thread you had on this topic.
Best anyone can do is quote you factory specs and they'll have no relation to aftermarket unless you want a clone replacement.
Go to Paugcho's website and look at all the frames the have , you can do your numbers comparison there, get an idea anyway.

Nobody has played along because they dont know the answer. Question was OEM vs OEM. Anyone who is familiar with Old straightleg rigid frame and had worked the newer softail frames would know the answer.
I am OK if nobody "plays along" because they dont know, much better than implying that they know something but I actually dont.
I was hoping someone here had some built experience so could help with this question. I will call kraft tech or Paughco and try to find the answer
Have a good day.

Twisted has forgotten more about building motorcycles than most have ever learned. He's a genuine wealth of knowledge. He wasn't being rude, he was simply giving you some general info and a way to research what you're asking for to better help you. No one is playing games here.
If you want a Softail, any frame up to 2017 should work. 2009 and later won't require cutting the rear fender ears off. But the engine is also a consideration. There are too many variables to be given a simple answer.
