Thanks. Those are sweet bars. Question. I noticed you put on 3"forward control extentions. I did the same thing. Iwas wondering what you did for the rear brake line > I ended up bending the stock on to fit,but I wanted to put a braided line in but,can seem to figure out where to get the brake line. Not a problem getting the fittings and lines, but I cant figure out a solution for the rear brake tee and was wondering what you did for the brake line ? Did you do the same and bend the stock one ?

I went with the HD Street Slammers (wired internally) on my 07 Deuce. I'm 6' 2" (188cms) and the position is probably a little more forward than the stock handlebars and risers but not uncomfortably so. I did look at the Wild 1s as well but i had shipping to consider and could get the HD product cheaper. Wh nyour installing don't forget some chromed washers for attaching to hte triple tree - i had to get these seperately, not pricey just one of those unforseen extras.
Also have the Arlen Ness 3" control extensions which are brilliant. I'm nicely stretched out now. To answer bluesammyny1, the kit had a new brake line in it.

FXSTD.AU- Are the wahsers necessary ? I decided to get the HD slammers and set them on the stock locations and didnt see a need for any washers where the bars mount to the top triple tree. Called Harley and they said what I did was fine. Is there something Im not aware of ?
