ORIGINAL: Midwest Muscle

I love it on Harleys as well ... But I bought mine with all this on it, so it was pretty nice knowing someone besides me ate the expense. I really do like the chrome swingarm, something I wouldn't have talked myself into doing. But since it's already done, all the better!

Now that's some serious chrome. Makes me want to put my check bookaway and give up, but I'm afraid you missed a couple of spots.[&o]

Thanks god it's summer, at least we can ride it.
I hate to think how much I'll spend this winter on mine. LOL

Today I only spent $4.25 (window sticker for my car).
That may be an all time record low, walking in and walking out for me.

Man, I can barely afford my Stage one.....but damnit Im itching to throw it on and get a scootin! Got me some new Kuryakyn (however the hell you spell it) ISO grips with the throttle boss. Now I need to figure out if I want to keep my bars, or find a BEEFY set of drag style bars.... and the chrome housings to go with it!

Thats alot of chrome, mine came stock like this can you tell me if i have a problem,my fingers are raw from rubbing my bike after every ride so there are no smuges, bugs, oil residue, grease from H.D. techs servicing bike. etc.I have big dreams ofgetting more chrome but i cant afford to pay attention so by the time i save money for more chrome I might not have any fingers left to clean it.

My parts guy is an evil person. Since Saturday I've been in the parts section everyday; even stopping by on my lunch break from work yesterday. He handed me a 2008 parts catalog and now I am fully engulfed with looking for spare change in my cars and sofas. My guy knows my bike and had dog-eared some pages in the catalog that he thought I'd like to see. He was right.

There's no turning back.Over time, I'm afraid I am going to "touch" every spot on my fatboy. Glad I'm not alone. Hee hee.
