Default Pulley bolts and loctite?

Just got these ones, it's the new variant of the stock ones. They already have the yellow thread locker on them, I assume I dont need to add red loctite?

Clean threads in the hub and those new bolts with the locking compound on them is sufficient.

Yea, probably the best idea, won't hurt anything and will make it extra safe.

Red Loctite is overkill for the application. The Loctite patch that Harley has applied will be all you need.

Guess you guys don't read all the pulley bolts came loose threads we get in here regular, no such thing as overkill with those.

The orange locktite is a cross between the RED and the BLUE...........hard as RED........easy enough to get off as BLUE!

I think in almost all cases the bolts have been reused, so we have no clue how the threads were prepped or what loctite has been used.

I don`t use high strength locking compound on anything on a Harley Davidson.

A new bolt with proper locking compound applied, clean threads inside the hub, and the proper torque.

+1
Just clean the threads in the pulley and use the new bolts as they are.
Just for the information, RED Loctite is designed for a permanent assembly, once cured it's only removable by heating up. BLUE Loctite is a general threadlocker designed for disassembly.
