I don't really understand the reasoning behind their marketing of this. An extra $1350 for a numbered anni model that looks a bit different, otherwise arguably nothing "special". And for that you get a painted on logo rather than the very cool plastic or metal (don't know which), badges that came on the 2018 anni models. I guess the bragging rights to a limited production paint scheme is what you're paying for?

Don't get me wrong, I like it. But it would be nicer, imo to have something more to make it stand out from the rest, other than the number on the tank and slightly different colors. Even if they charged a bit more to outfit it with real badges. Maybe they got word that the badges from past anni models were being stolen? If that were the case would they even care?

Mostly black parts so your not stuck with that god awful brushed aluminum finish is my take on the advantage.

Stunning bike! The blacked out look with the bronze accents really define this Fat Boy. I can’t wait to pick mine up.

Much better looking motorcycle. The new model is not "wicked" in any way, but that's my opinion, and mine only. Not everyone likes mine either and I'm OK with that.

I see no reason why the New M-8 131" Stage IV crate engine wouldn't fit in there either...
