Somebody has already lowered it then, dropped the *** and dropped lowering springs in the front if they didn't go 2" shorter tubes but I'd put money on the spring kit. Correct those 2 issues bike will be much more rideable. I'm an old chopper freak I've had them out to 11" wheel tip to wheel tip so I hear your pain

Get a jack under the front and see how far the sliders drop down the tubes as you lift it, moves more than 2" or so it's a spring kit or they cut down the spacers, easy fix in this case and it will help the front end handling.

Rears you can probably adjust up.
