2015 Heritage Classic Fuel Gauge?
I have a 2015 Heritage Classic and upgraded the speedometer to the HD multi color display unit. It also has a electronic fuel gauge etc. There is a small difference in the readings between the stock fuel gauge and the electronic one. Anyone know which is more accurate of the two? The new speedometer also tells you MPG, remaining miles in regards to fuel, low fuel warning light etc. Just wondering on this. I know some who covered their stock gauge up after doing this upgrade. Anyone have info. on this?

It should have told you in the installation instructions, but to answer your question the tank guage, being analog, is the most accurate. The one on the speedo is digital, which means incremental. At any point in time there can be a small variation. As far as mpg and such, it should be accurate.
Also, from time to time after a fillup, it may take a short while for the digital guage to register full. That's normal..

Checking last night (no ride, bike on jiffy stand in garage, but I did start her and idle for several minutes), my HD tach/speedo multi-color unit showed tank full, while the tank guage showed half full. I'm almost sure I filled the tank on the last ride (though I didn't check). Will keep an eye on this but so far seems strange to have such divergent readings.

Fill the tank up and ride until the digital gauge reads 1/4 of a tank left.
Then fill up the tank and see how close to 3.75 gallons it takes.
Then ride until the analog gauge reads 1/4 of a tank left.
Then fill up the tank and see how close to 3.75 gallons it takes.
Which ever fill up is closest to 3.75 gallons will tell you which gauge is the most accurate.
I have the LED tank gauge which is less accurate than me pulling over and sticking a stick in the tank but it is colorful.
My digital gauge reads empty when I have about 3/4 of gallon left in the tank.
Then fill up the tank and see how close to 3.75 gallons it takes.
