I've only seen the tinny reference when guys have referred to the 1.50s. I have the 1.75s and haven't noticed any sound I'd describe as tinny.

Did you have to remap or anything else after putting on the slip-ons?

I posted a modification to the baffles that gets rid of the echo with the slash cut design. The pieces are available from AutoZone for a total of about $5. Don

What is the criteria for selecting baffle size? I see baffle options from 1.5" up to 2.25" in .25" increments. What's the difference and why should I care?

Default Rush

I have been running a set of 2.50's and they are great......I had tried three other brands including SE before sticking with Rush.

The higher the number the louder the pipe.

I had them on my scoot for a while but wanted somethine more so I installed pipes. The only thing I didn't like was I could only hear the ft cyl when riding, I am thinking thats where the tinny sound comes from. They are a deep tone and loud when you roll the throttle on. Mine were 2.0. Rush makes a very good product
