Default Lowering Slim

My wife bought a new Slim in 2013. Originally the bike was a little tall for her. With a Mustang seat ( narrower at the front ) and a set of pullback risers she was fine. A year ago may she was rearended and the bike was a rite off. Trying out the Slim with the new frame ( 2018 - on), she has to stand on tip toes. Not great. Has anyone tried a narrower aftermarket seat? Muller makes a lowering kit to rebuild the shock - have to order from Europe. Kits to lower just the front end. Anyone find anything to lower the suspension an inch?
