That one is for stock fenders. He's got a stretched fender and is looking for a stretched fender rail to match.
Op, honestly, I think the guys who have those on their stretched fenders stretched the rail as well. You'd have to buy a stock fender rail like in the link, cut it in the middle, add a section matching your stretched dimension, weld, and rechrome. That's it. Lol
